Introduction to Biomass Boiler Dust Remover:
The bag filter is specialized in supporting the use of biomass boilers, suitable for various specifications and models of biomass boilers. The filter has high dust removal and filtration accuracy, good dust removal effect, and emission concentration can meet environmental requirements. It is widely used in heating, chemical, food, building materials, medicine, and other fields.
Principle of biomass boiler dust collector:
The chimney of the biomass boiler is connected to the inlet of the dust collector, and the suction force of the fan above the dust collector sucks the smoke and waste gas into the ash hopper of the dust collector through the pipeline. The internal design of the dust collector's ash hopper plays a pre dust removal role, and the large amount of smoke and waste gas spiral settles at the bottom of the ash hopper. The residual smoke drifts towards the filter chamber and is blocked by internal filter bags for filtration. After filtration, the purified gas rises inside the filter bag to the filter chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere through a fan.

Cleaning of biomass boiler dust collector:
Due to the excessive working time of the dust collector, the dust on the surface of the filter bag thickens, and the filtering air volume and wind speed weaken. At this time, it is necessary to clean the dust. The normal operation of the dust remover is restored. At this time, the pulse dust removal system of the dust remover operates according to the preset time pulse control, and transmits the signal to the Electromagnetic pulse valve. After the Electromagnetic pulse valve is energized, it opens the compressed air to pass through. Through the injection duct, there is a nozzle to spray into the filter bag. Because the filter bag is subject to the rapid expansion of the internal compressed air pressure, the dust on the outside of the filter bag is shot down to get effective dust removal. The dust collector returns to normal filtering air volume, wind speed, and normal working state.
