The difference between atmospheric and pressure boilers
1、 Boiler Hydronics
Boiler equipment plays an important role in the national economy and people's lives. Boilers are divided into two categories: steam and hot water. The hot water supplied by the boiler is mainly used for heating in addition to various daily applications. Hot water heating saves 20% -30% more energy than steam heating, mainly due to the heat loss caused by the difficulty in recovering condensate without steam heating; Three evaporation losses without steam heating; The leakage is less than that of steam heating, and another important reason is that there is no pollution loss that steam boilers must release in large quantities.
Heating systems are divided into two forms: pressurized and atmospheric:
1. The pressurized hot water boiler is located in a closed circulating system and operates under the outlet pressure of the circulating water pump. If the outlet is blocked and heated, it may cause direct economic losses or explosion accidents, which means that the pressurized boiler is at risk of explosion.
2. In order to eliminate the danger of hot water boiler explosion, an open atmospheric hot water boiler has been widely used in the Hydronics of atmospheric (i.e., non pressure) hot water boiler.
2、 The main differences between normal pressure hot water boiler Hydronics and normal pressure hot water boiler Hydronics are as follows:
(1) Pressure hot water boiler The boiler of the Hydronics is a pressure equipment, which has the danger of explosion. However, the normal pressure hot water boiler Hydronics does not bear pressure and is always connected to the atmosphere. Therefore, the boiler will not explode under any circumstances and has good safety performance.
(2) The pressurized hot water boiler is full of water and there is no problem with water level control. The atmospheric hot water boiler has water level control issues. It is a boiler with a drum full of water, and there is still an open box connected to the top, which still has water level control issues.
(3) Pressure hot water boilers must be equipped with pressure gauges, safety valves, and thermometers. As the boiler is always in a full water state, there is no water level gauge, while atmospheric hot water boilers only have water level gauges and thermometers. As the boiler is connected to the atmosphere, the pressure inside the boiler is always atmospheric pressure, and there is no explosion risk. Therefore, there is no need to install safety night workers, and pressure gauges can also be omitted.

(4) The circulating water pump of the Hydronics of the pressure hot water boiler is used to pump the return water of the system engineering to the boiler. Generally, the clean water pump is used. It not only needs to overcome the system circulation resistance, but also maintains a certain pressure in the boiler to ensure that the boiler water does not vaporize at high temperatures. The circulating water pump of the Hydronics of the atmospheric hot water boiler draws water from the boiler. The water pump is a hot water pump. Its function is to overcome the resistance of the system, mainly the resistance of the return water regulating valve.
(5) A pressurized hot water boiler can supply both low-temperature water and high-temperature water. And atmospheric hot water boilers can only supply low-temperature water below 100 ℃.
